A NiFe alloy was designed on nickel foam (NF) as a precursor using cathodic electrodeposition. NiFe2O4–Ni3S2 nanorods (NRs) composite catalysts were prepared by Fe3+ impregnation and further hydrothermal sulfuration methods. NiFe2O4–Ni3S2 nanosheets (NSs) were also prepared by direct hydrothermal sulfuration of the NiFe alloy for comparison. Compared to the dense NS structure of the NiFe2O4–Ni3S2 NSs/NF, the NiFe2O4–Ni3S2 NRs/NF showed better oxygen evolution performance due to its unique weed-like NR array structure composed of additional oxygen evolution reaction (OER) active sites, with a strong electron interaction for Ni and Fe and the active sulfide synergistic effect with oxides. Therefore, Driving a current density of 10 mA cm?2 only requires an overpotential of 189 mV and the catalyst could provide 100 mA cm?2 continuously and be constant for more than 80 h in 1.0 M KOH. This experiment indicated that Fe3+ immersion had an indirect regulating effect on the morphological growth of the catalyst, which provided a novel concept for designing better OER catalysts. 相似文献

In this work, we suggested that an efficient ZnO-based photocatalyst can be prepared utilizing energy transfer among organic dyes for visible light-driven hydrogen evolution. Followed this idea, a photocatalytic system containing Eosin Y, Rose Bengal, ZnO nanorod array and Pt was fabricated. Meanwhile, photocatalytic H2 evolution over the as-prepared photocatalytic system was explored. The results indicate that the visible photocatalytic activity of ZnO nanorod array can be obviously enhanced utilizing the energy transfer between Eosin Y and Rose Bengal. This photocatalytic system possesses high activity for visible light-driven H2 evolution. A rate of H2 evolution of approximate 0.52 L m?2 h?1 was achieved under optimal condition, which is 130% and 58% higher than those of the photocatalytic systems containing individual dye, respectively. 1-read/1-write (1R1W) register file (RF) is a popular memory configuration in modern feature rich SoCs requiring significant amount of embedded memory. A memory compiler is constructed using the 8T RF bitcell spanning a range of instances from 32 b to 72 Kb. An 8T low-leakage bitcell of 0.106 μm2 is used in a 14 nm FinFET technology with a 70 nm contacted gate pitch for high-density (HD) two-port (TP) RF memory compiler which achieves 5.66 Mb/mm2 array density for a 72 Kb array which is the highest reported density in 14 nm FinFET technology. The density improvement is achieved by using techniques such as leaf-cell optimization (eliminating transistors), better architectural planning, top level connectivity through leaf-cell abutment and minimizing the number of unique leaf-cells. These techniques are fully compatible with memory compiler usage over the required span. Leakage power is minimized by using power-switches without degrading the density mentioned above. Self-induced supply voltage collapse technique is applied for write and a four stack static keeper is used for read Vmin improvement. Fabricated test chips using 14 nm process have demonstrated 2.33 GHz performance at 1.1 V/25 °C operation. Overall Vmin of 550 mV is achieved with this design at 25 °C. The inbuilt power-switch improves leakage power by 12x in simulation. Approximately 8% die area of a leading 14 nm SoC in commercialization is occupied by these compiled RF instances. 相似文献

While the orthogonal design of split-plot fractional factorial experiments has received much attention already, there are still major voids in the literature. First, designs with one or more factors acting at more than two levels have not yet been considered. Second, published work on nonregular fractional factorial split-plot designs was either based only on Plackett–Burman designs, or on small nonregular designs with limited numbers of factors. In this article, we present a novel approach to designing general orthogonal fractional factorial split-plot designs. One key feature of our approach is that it can be used to construct two-level designs as well as designs involving one or more factors with more than two levels. Moreover, the approach can be used to create two-level designs that match or outperform alternative designs in the literature, and to create two-level designs that cannot be constructed using existing methodology. Our new approach involves the use of integer linear programming and mixed integer linear programming, and, for large design problems, it combines integer linear programming with variable neighborhood search. We demonstrate the usefulness of our approach by constructing two-level split-plot designs of 16–96 runs, an 81-run three-level split-plot design, and a 48-run mixed-level split-plot design. Traditional maximum power point tracking (MPPT) methods can hardly find global maximum power point (MPP) because output characteristics curve of photovoltaic (PV) array may have multi local maximum power points in irregular shadow, and thus easily fall into the local maximum power point. To address this drawback, Considering that sliding mode variable structure (SMVS) control strategy have such advantages as simple structure, fast response and strong robustness, and P&O method have the advantages of simple principle and convenient implementation, so a new algorithm combining SMVS control method and P&O method is proposed, besides, PI controller is applied to reduce system chattering caused by switching sliding surface. It is applied to MPPT control of PV array in irregular shadow to solve the problem of multi-peak optimization in partial shadow. In order to verity the rationality of the proposed algorithm, the experimental circuit is built, which achieves MPPT control by means of the proposed algorithm and P&O method. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional P&O algorithm, the proposed algorithm can fast track the global MPP, tracking speed increases by 60% and the relative error decreased by 20%. Moreover, the system becomes more stable near the MPP, the fluctuations of output power is greatly reduced, and thus make full use of solar energy. 相似文献

We will consider a convex subset of a metric linear space and a certain group of actions G on this set, that allow us to define the notion of Haar zero measure on sets that have zero Haar measure for the translation (by adding) invariant HSY prevalence theory. In this way, we will be able to define the meaning of G-prevalent set according to the pioneering work of Christensen. Our setting considers problems which take into account the convex structure and this is quite different from the previous results on prevalence which consider basically the linear additive structure. In this setting, we will show a kind of quantitative Kupka–Smale theorem, and also we generalize a result about rotation numbers which was first considered by J.-C. Yoccoz (and, also by M. Tsujii). This paper presents a neural network technique combined with an optical measurement system for the characterization of mechanical vibrations in industrial machinery. In the proposed system, the Gaussian beam of a laser source illuminates on an array of photodetectors. If either the laser source or the photodetector array is coupled with a vibrating system, then the optical powers detected by the photodetectors will vary accordingly, and are expected to reflect the magnitude and frequency of the X–Y planar vibrations of the monitored system. The time-varying optical powers are input to an artificial neural network-based vibration monitoring system which maps the power distributions to the X–Y position of the laser beam center. An experimental setup of the system is built and used for training and testing purposes. The obtained experimental results demonstrate the adequacy of combining optical techniques with neural networks to estimate the vibration frequency and magnitude. Estimated frequencies were within 1% of the actual ones, and the estimated magnitudes were within 29% of the actual magnitudes when using a chirp signal in the training phase. The magnitude estimation percentage error was further reduced below 12% when the neural network was trained with a decaying chirp signal. 相似文献

In this study, interface shapes of horizontal oil–water two-phase flow are predicted by using Young-Laplace equation model and minimum energy model. Meanwhile, the interface shapes of horizontal oil–water twophase flow in a 20 mm inner diameter pipe are measured by a novel conductance parallel-wire array probe(CPAP). It is found that, for flow conditions with low water holdup, there is a large deviation between the model-predicted interface shape and the experimentally measured one. Since the variation of pipe wetting characteristics in the process of fluid flow can lead to the changes of the contact angle between the fluid and the pipe wall, the models mentioned above are modified by considering dynamic contact angle. The results indicate that the interface shapes predicted by the modified models present a good consistence with the ones measured by CPAP. 相似文献
